Membership Packs
What are Membership Packs?
Membership Packs are commonly known as auto-renewal subscriptions. Each membership period lasts one month and provides certain benefits not available to other players. To continue with a membership at the end of the month, there is nothing that needs to be done, it will renew automatically. To end the membership, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the membership period. If not, the membership will be renewed for another month automatically.
How to manage my Membership Packs?
On an iPhone, iPad or iTouch device:
1.Go to device Settings, then select the iTunes & App Stores option
2.Tap on your Apple ID as shown at the top
3.Select View Apple ID and login using your account information, or with Touch ID
4.Under Account Settings, tap on Manage
*If you don’t see your membership status or subscriptions, but you are still being charged for the product (assuming that the Apple ID that you entered was correct), you will need to contact us for more details.
5.Tap on the subscription you would like to manage
6.Here you can manage your subscriptions with the options provided, select another subscription product or service, or cancel it. Once cancelled, your subscription will not appear in the next billing cycle
7.You can also manage your subscriptions on Mac, PC, or Apple TV (4th generation or higher). Visit the Apple website for details and guidelines.
